چکیده
إنّ رواية "بريد الليل" الحائزة على الجائزة العالمية للرواية العربية، المعروفة باسم «جائزة بوكر العربية» هي قصة اضطراب وصراعات لشخصيات عصابية أصيبت بأنواع الذهان المختلفة في خضم الحرب الأهلية اللبنانية والتهجير القسري. استطاعت الكاتبة هدى بركات في روايتها هذه أن تصور ردود أفعال أفراد مجتمعها جيدا وبدقة كبيرة، وطريقتها هذه في معالجة الشخصيات تبين ضرورة إجراء بحث مبني على الاتجاه النفسي. وفي بحثنا هذا الذي أنجز عن طريق تحليل المضمون وحاولنا أن نكشف الستار عن أسباب تكوين المخططات العلاجية المبكرة سيئة التأقلم في وجود شخصیات هذه الرواية الثلاث وندرس استراتیجیاتهم لخروج من هذه المخططات باتجاه كهذا وبالنظر إلی علاج تخطیطی جیفري یونغ. تشير نتائج البحث إلى أنّ سبب تكوّن المخطّطات العلاجیة المبكرة في هؤلاء الشخصیّات هو فقدان نماذج كفوء في حیاة هؤلاء الشخصیات. عجز هؤلاء الشخصیّات أمام مخطّطات غیرشرطیة الحرمان الهیجاني، سوء التصرّف والإتّكالیّة تؤدي إلی لجوءهم إلی مخطّطات شرطیّة الطاعة و التضحیة. أخیراً أقبل كل هؤلاء الشخصیات علی نمط التعویض الزائد لمواجهة مخطّطاتهم.
