چکیده

لقد أتاح منهج التعليم عبر الإنترنت (عن بعد) الفرصة المناسبة لظهور المواهب، والقدرات، والإبداعات وقد أصبحت مهارات التنظيم الذاتي ذات أثر بالغ في بروز الإجهاد الدراسی لدى الطلاب ولذلك تعتبر استراتيجيات التعليم الذاتي ومهارات التعلم من الموضوعات الأكثر شيوعاً لدى الباحثين، بحيث تحولت إلى أسطوانة شبه مشروحة في المجال العلمي وهذا ما جعلها تتحول كي تكون محوراً هاماً لمحاور التربية والتعليم. تناولت هذه الدراسية دور مهارات التنظيم الذاتي في الإجهاد الدراسی الناجم عن تدريس مادة اللغة العربية عبر الإنترنت لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية. ولقد استخدمنا في هذه الدراسة منهج التنقّل والذي اشتمل على مجتمع إحصائي من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة جرجان خلال العام الدراسي 400-1399 وتمت خلال هذه الدراسة مليء الإستمارات بواسطة 429 طالباً للتعليم عبر الإنترنت وكانت أدوات جمع البيانات خلال هذه الدراسة هي استبيان الإجهاد ا الدراسی الذي أعده سان وآخرون بالإضافة إلى التنظيم الذاتي الأكاديمي لبوفورت. ولقد تم تسجيل البيانات الواردة في الإستبيانات في حزمة التحليل الإحصائي (spss) وقمنا بتحليلها عبر الأساليب والمناهج الإحصائية. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة سلبية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مهارات التنظيم الذاتي لدى الطلاب والإجهاد الدراسی في تدريس مادة اللغة العربية عبر الإنترنت ولكن لم تشاهد الدراسة الفرق الكبير بين الطلاب والطالبات من حيث الإجهاد الدراسی ومهارات التنظيم الذاتي في تعليم مادة اللغة العربية عبر الإنترنت. قد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مهارات التنظيم الذاتي في الإجهاد الدراسی الناجم عن تدريس مادة اللغة العربية عبر الإنترنت، وتصميم وتنفيذ برنامج تعليم استراتيجيات التعلم الذاتي والإرشاد النفسي للطلاب في مجال الإجهاد الأكاديمي يعزز الرغبة والدافع للتطور وتحسين الأداء العلمي والدراسي لدى الطلاب.
