چکیده

تُعَّد حقوقُ المرأة قضية مهمّة في عالمنا المعاصر، حيث ينصّ إعلان حقوق الإنسان على أنّ جميع البشر، بِغضِّ النظر عن الجنس، لهم نفس الحقوق الفردية والاجتماعية، ولا يمكن لأحدٍ أن يحرم غيره من هذا الحقّ. وفقًا للإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان واتفاقية حقوق المرأة، لم تحصل المرأة بعد على حقوقها الكاملة في المجتمعات العربية. إنّ الکتّاب والشُعراء العرب انطلاقاً من وعيهم التام بطغيان التقاليد الباطلة وتسلط الروح الذكورية والاستخفاف بحقوق المرأة کتبوا عن هذه القضية في
أعمالهم، ودافعوا عن حقوق المرأة ودعوا إلى ضرورة نيل المرأة لحقوقها الكاملة. من بين هؤلاء الشعراء، كان للشاعرة المصرية فاطمة ناعوت دور مهم وبارز فقد تناولَت موضوع المرأة بلغة الاحتجاج والرمزية في معظم قصائدها وخاصة في ديوان «شرفتي محطّ العصافير». تَمَّ تناول هذا البحث وفقَ المنهج الوصفي التحلیلي وذلك بهدف رصد قصائد الشاعرة المتعلّقة بحقوق المرأة ومن ثم تحلیل تلك النّماذج وتقسیمها وفقاً لأهمِّ مسائل حقوق المرأة. وقد توصَّل البحثُ إلی أنّ الشّاعرةَ ترکزُ غالِباً عَلَی الکرامَة الإنسانیَّة وإحساس الأمن عند المرأة ومسألَة الزّواج، وهي ترمز عادَةً إلی المرأة بِرموز معیَّنة مثلُ: "الزهرة"، "الفراشَة" و"الوردة".
